Air Treatment

The advanced range of CompAir inline equipment has been specially developed to meet the needs of modern manufacturing and processing industries ensuring the delivery of the highest quality air.

Clean and dry compressed air

Air leaving any conventional air compressor is saturated with water vapour and may also contain small quantities of oil and atmospheric dirt particles. If allowed to remain in the system this corrosive mixture has a detrimental effect on pneumatic equipment.

CompAir filters

CompAir compressed air filters are designed to provide the most energy-efficient filtration solutions available:

  • Low operating pressure drops
  • Five filtration grades
    - Pre-filtration
    - High efficiency, general purpose protection
    - High efficiency, oil-free filtration
    - Activated carbon filtration
    - General purpose dust filtration.

ECA Qualifying Refrigeration dryers

The quality of CompAir’s FT-series dryers result from an intensive research and development programme. Optimum performance and guaranteed dewpoints set new benchmarks for refrigeration dryers.

Thermal store and direct expansion systems in a single unit

TTS (Twin Transfer System) from CompAir uses twin modes for heat transfer from compressed air to refrigerant. The main advantages are:

  • Up to 80% energy savings
  • Constant dewpoint - even during sudden variations in load
  • Ideal match for variable speed compressors

High ECA Rating

This dryer qualifies for Enhanced Capital Allowance

Desiccant dryers

Modular design gives total installation flexibility to match specific customer requirements.

  • Highest quality, clean, oil-free and dry compressed air
  • Stops corrosion, preventing product spoilage and damage
  • Compact and lightweight - half the size of conventional dryers
  • Energy-efficient for maximum savings
  • Easy and flexible installation
  • Simple maintenance for reduced downtime
  • Super quiet operation reduces noise pollution
  • Dewpoints from -20°C to -70°C.

Condensate management

CompAir’s condensate management systems solve the problem of condensate removal and contaminant separation which helps industry to comply with stringent environmental legislation, governing contaminated condensate and its disposal.

The condensate drain:

  • Measures condensate levels
  • Has no moving parts to wear out
  • Is continuously self-monitoring
  • Equipped, as standard, with a potential free alarm contact
  • Recovers condensate under pressure

Oil and water separator

The oil and water separator:

  • Help to protect and maintain the environment
  • Efficiently separate oil and water on-site and dispose of up to 99.9% of condensate
  • Meet trade effluent discharge regulations
  • Rapid payback over conventional disposal methods
  • Simple to install, operate and maintain
