Retrofit Variable Speed Drive
If you have a fluctuating air demand profile on site yet have enogh air compressor capacity then why not convert an existing air compressor to Variable Speed? Our retrofit variable speed drive systems are designed for use with all positive displacement air compressors and include the necessary components to complete integration of the drive with the compressor (excluding cable).
The drive will convert an existing fixed speed air compressor to a variable speed drive air compressor and is fully compatible for integration with the EnergAir management system.
Retrofit ‘Dewpoint Dependant Switching’
Does your desiccant air dryer cycle at a fixed time? If so, you could be wasting energy and money. EnergAir retrofit dewpoint dependant switching devices are used to convert conventional desiccant air dryers to dewpoint dependant switching, making considerable savings where dry compressed air is used inefficiently to re-generate only partially ‘wet’ or saturated desiccant beds.
Retrofit dewpoind dependant switching also allows the user to more closely match air quality (dewpoint) to that required, delivering further efficiency improvements and cost savings as a result.
Expansion - PC integration / visualisation & remote services
Providing the necessary hardware and software to deliver a complete local and / or remote compressed air supervisory, control and monitoring solution. The software enables plant supervisors to monitor and routinely review system performance, identifying and implementing operational cost reductions and quality improvements direct from a PC screen.
Local or Remote, users and service providers can benefit from round the clock system condition monitoring and automated response, including alarm management direct to mobile phones. The Management system has a number of datalogging features that allow data capture either via a dedicated PC, or from a dedicated logger within the Management system itself. Both deliver invaluable system efficiency data and thus, the knowledge required to ensure that a system remains at optimum performance now, and in the future.
